Life presents many challenges that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck. Entering counseling means you are taking a step forward, and I am happy to be a part of that process with you. Through my past experiences and work with clients, I have developed an interest in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma to capitalize on their strengths and find a path forward. However, if you’re not quite sure what you need help with, don’t worry, we can work through that together. I believe one of the most important aspects of counseling is the relationship between counselor and client. I look to provide a relaxed, individualized, and supportive environment that honors each person’s unique lived experience. Come as you are, and we can start working through this together. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering new music, and watching sports.
