How are you handling your life right now? Life can feel overwhelming creating stress, anxiety, fear, and doubt leaving you feeling paralyzed and stuck. As you adjust to new seasons of life, there tends to be periods of the unknown with mixed emotions. Life transitions need life skills. My time with clients is more of a partnership to navigate through past wounds into a healthier, more stable and confident future.

I also walk with clients with spiritual trauma and fertility issues (including fertility treatments, IVF, miscarriage, and postpartum), as someone who has walked through this myself it’s nice to have someone who “gets it”.

I am a Counselor & Coach working with individuals to help uncover feelings and beliefs that will help them become aware of the limiting thoughts to change behaviors and take action in situations. Drawing from Christian principles and beliefs, I work with people from various faith backgrounds and up to the level of their own comfort in faith.

No one is meant to walk through life’s ups and downs alone. Inviting someone in to walk with you can be a very powerful tool and is something to be embraced and championed.

Born and raised in Denver, I love being outside! You can find me skiing, hiking, playing team sports, golfing, journaling, crocheting, and spending time with my family.
