Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions
Our emotions and actions express a deep longing to care for ourselves and others, even the ones that challenge, confuse, or overwhelm us. In therapy, we have the opportunity to rediscover this inherent care, finding ways to express it that support our well-being and relationships.
Your well-being matters. I’m here to help you reclaim your self-love and find your path to a supported and authentic life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or facing challenges in your relationships, neurodiversity, or LGBTQ+ identity, I can help.
My approach aims to liberate you from past distress and unhealthy societal norms by deeply supporting and restoring your nervous system. I integrate EMDR with insights from mindfulness, attachment theory, and body-centered therapies, ensuring meaningful and lasting healing.
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a cutting-edge method that releases challenging or traumatic experiences lingering in our minds, bodies, and relationships. It can free you from the weight of past distress, allowing you to live a genuine, full, and connected life in the present.
Painful experiences in our past can lead to distressing patterns of disconnect from ourselves and others. Repairing and growing these connections can be greatly supported by a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, authenticity, open communication, consent, and compassion.
I will work with you to create a supportive and collaborative relationship that warmly attunes to your moment-to-moment experience, reflecting your innate goodness and dignity. With specialized experience supporting LGBTQ+, highly sensitive, polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, and neurodiverse persons, I’m here to help you reclaim a loving relationship with yourself, heal past distress, and shed dehumanizing norms that disconnect you from yourself and others.
If you’re ready to take this step, let’s talk.
