I earned an MA, and have worked with a variety of people, from couples to addiction work. Working with couples and the desire to help and support improving relationships was a driving factor that jump started the journey into counseling. I quickly found that working with people in a variety of life transitions and struggles is something that I find rewarding. The enjoyable part of my work is meeting a variety of people and helping them to cultivate more meaningful lives, through more effective communication, empowerment, and finding meaning. I believe that finding meaning and purpose can lead to feeling happier and enjoying life, with better interactions with others. I enjoy working with people regarding communication issues, transitional and stress topics, anxiety, and mood issues. Dual-diagnosis, substance and addiction issues, is also an area of specialty. I am passionate about helping people create positive change for more meaningful lives, and am available for telehealth sessions to help fit therapy into busy scheduling. If you are feeling lost, anxious, or needing to work through life struggles, please contact me so we can start to find a way to move forward and create a happier existence.

I’m not here to put you in a box. You are the center of this process and I want to help you create changes that you long for. I want to help cultivate healthy relationships with self and others. I work with individuals and couples to increase satisfaction in their lives and relationships. The therapy process will be created around your personal goals, personality, and style. Life is short! Let’s try to make it more enjoyable.

I offer personalized therapy and lead with a person-centered approach. I work with couples (dating/married, family, friend, business), individuals, and families, and have specialized in couples work and substance/addiction. My goal is to help you improve your relationships and satisfaction in life. Treatment is tailored with interventions that vary upon each person I work with and to help meet individual personality types and goals.

I invite humor and lightness to this deeply introspective and layered/complex personal process in our time together. It is vital that you feel safe and accepted in this vulnerable process. My hope is that you feel accepted for who you are, where you’re at, and what you want in this process regardless of what has happened in the past. Let’s work to get to the heart of the matter so that you can thrive.
