For people who have experienced stress, grief, or trauma, finding a connection to yourself or with your loved ones can be particularly challenging. I help individuals to develop better self-regulation skills, so you can overcome the challenges of living and creating a community around you.
I work with a variety of relationship issues, including communication and conflict resolution, jealousy and betrayal including affair recovery, LGBTQIA+ community, and polyamory/non-monogamy. If you are seeking support for depression, anxiety, or difficulty in relationships, you may feel overwhelmed, have trouble focusing, lack energy, or have difficulty sleeping.
