Hello! My name is Jordan Ivey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a wide range of experience helping individuals and families discover lasting, meaningful life change. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and pursue emotional and relational wellbeing. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals. I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey.

My practice is focused on helping you connect with your authentic self and achieve emotional and relational wellbeing. Clients who seek my support are often looking to build their self-esteem, create more meaningful relationships with others, and recover from painful past events. Clients may also be looking for help with anxiety, depression, or suicidality. I believe my job as your therapist is to collaborate with you, listen to you, and guide you on the path to uncovering your most aligned and joyful self. Through treatment, I will help you get to the root of your challenges, explore your values, and gain new insight into who you are.

Using compassionate communication, I will guide you towards deeper self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships, and more effective communication. Throughout our time together, you will learn how to self-advocate, how to accept, cope with, and regulate your emotions, and how to achieve your personal vision of emotional and relational wellbeing.

Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict in relationships, or simply seeking insight and growth, I will support you in unlocking the potential within you to discover the life changes you seek. Your treatment plan will include interventions that have been scientifically researched and found to be effective.

Let me be your partner on the path to discovering the best version of YOU. You can contact me by phone or email to set up a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit.
