My therapeutic approach is always tailored to your specific needs & personality, yet strongly influenced with mindfulness & somatic healing techniques, loads of compassion, deep inner child work, & trauma healing.
You deserve a life that supports you being your best you. Living in an imperfect world can inevitably create struggles that can be overwhelming to bear alone. Our past or current experiences can influence our perspective and cloud our ability to see alternative options, so therapy can be helpful for that reason. Using neuroscience, evidenced-based therapy practices to change your brain & body’s stress & trauma responses is a crucial part of my work.
I want to let you know that I’ve been there before too. I’ve been challenged to heal from past experiences & didn’t always realize my worth without trying to hustle or prove it to others in a variety of ways. I’m so grateful I didn’t give up on myself though as I’ve found my power & love deep within, and thus, now my purpose to help others like you do the same. I believe my strong commitment to lifelong learning & my own personal growth allows me to provide an incredible healing space & transformation for those I work with.
