I have experience in several different community agencies that focused on a variety of concerns which include, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, military experiences, relationship challenges, life performance issues, or athletes and athletic related challenges.
The foundation of my approach comes from a person-centered lens where I am non-judgmental, honest, and empathic. Other evidenced based approaches I consistently implement are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
