Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in the cycle of over-thinking, working through trauma or trying to better connect with yourself, you deserve to be seen, heard and understood. I specialize in working with individuals healing from religious trauma, survivors of abusive and coercive groups/cult recovery, grief and loss, young adults experiencing life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
I take a holistic, mind-body approach to my practice. I strongly believe in the power of mind-body connection and honoring your emotions in the here and now. I respect that change is hard work. I will always meet you where you’re at and respect the pace that works best for your growth. I encourage you to take risks and sit in those uncomfortable feelings knowing you will be fully supported in the process. I also believe that change can be fun and freeing! Together we will laugh, foster joy and embrace your unique strengths.
Outside of therapy, I am an ultra and trail runner, musical theater nerd, musician, book lover, foodie, Philadelphia Eagles fanatic and enjoy all things involving nature, hiking and travel. I can’t wait to learn more about you and be a supportive, guiding force that will help you along the journey to becoming the person you want to be!
