Anxiety, depression and trauma are just a few of the issues I address in therapy. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change. My approach is client centered, meaning we will work together to figure out what works based on your unique goals. We are all different – what works for one person might not fit with another. I use a variety of techniques based on what works for you.
Prior to opening up my practice, I worked as a therapist in community mental health for over a decade. My clients have come from diverse backgrounds and have diverse experiences and challenges. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself.
I offer virtual/online sessions throughout the state of Colorado to increase access to therapy for people who are juggling busy schedules or live in remote areas of the state and have limited access to care.
