Liz Fisher, LPC, LMFT, earned her Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Liz focuses on Individual Therapy, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Couples Relationships and Parenting Support. Liz is also a Love and Logic parenting trainer. Liz is has a client-centered approach to therapy creating a safe place for client's to explore and tell their story. In the therapy space she supports her client's creating a deeper understanding of their internal beliefs systems, where these beliefs originated and how they have coped in response to these beliefs. Gaining insight into these internal dynamics supports client's in shifting and strengthening their relationship with themselves. In strengthening their relationship with themselves this can also allow for insight and clarity into being in relationship with others.
