Mary (she/her), MA, LPCC is a graduate from Naropa University’s Mindfulness Transpersonal Counseling program. She is trained in maternal mental health therapy through Postpartum Support International, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR through EMDR Consultants Chicago. Mary is passionate in helping women/birthing people who have struggled with pregnancy loss, birth trauma, infertility, IVF/IUI, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. After enduring her own losses and birth trauma, Mary wanted to bring a compassionate ear to others who have struggled in a similar way. She believes all women hold power within themselves, and by learning self-awareness, how to be in the present moment, and healing trauma, that power can be recognized. Mary is also Reiki certified and a yoga instructor. In her spare time, Mary loves practicing yoga, running, and being with her partner, two sons, and fur babies.
