As a counselor, I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgemental environment where we can explore your inner world, overcome obstacles, and embrace your full potential to create lasting change.

I chose to pursue Counseling because of my own transformative therapy journey and empathize with the courage it takes to seek help and start on a path toward healing. Having transitioned out of the tech industry, I understand the unique demands and potential burnout individuals may face in high-pressure work environments. Additionally, my therapeutic approach is influenced by my experience working with horses which established a grounding belief in the restorative benefits of nature and the profound connections possible with animals that can help facilitate self-reflection, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of well-being.

I look forward to working on your journey of self-exploration as we navigate life’s challenges together and empower you to live authentically in your wild and precious life.
