I’m here to support you in this next chapter with mindfulness oriented and strength based talk therapy in a non-judgmental and open and honest environment— so that you can be yourself, find your voice, and feel truly seen.
Therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. I deeply respect your unique story and experiences, which is why I draw from a variety of tools and approaches tailored to what may work best for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being your most authentic self- so you can build a deeper connection with the version of you that you deserve to become.
