  • Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

I work with clients who are experiencing big changes in their lives due to a variety of reasons, both expected and unexpected, to help you learn to create the new life you want to live. I use a positive, somatic, person-centered, mindful, transpersonal approach to therapy and healing. I want my clients to feel empowered in their current situation as they move into what is next. I see our work together as a space where you can learn new skills that foster growth and change. I come to therapy with curiosity and compassion, and want you to walk away feeling seen, heard, supported, and ready to make the changes you want in your life.

Transpersonal counseling is a holistic way of seeing a person and the problems they are trying to heal, and encompasses spiritual development throughout the course of a person’s life and therapy process. Transpersonal counseling combines Eastern and Western psychology elements to aid a client’s healing process, and sees the whole person and their unique needs. The transpersonal approach fosters the development of one’s authentic self by expanding focus beyond the individual to the wider elements of experience.
