  • Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

Rebecca Winter has a passion to help clients cultivate personal mastery in their lives and within their relationships and learn scientifically proven techniques to improve and enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing.

My approach is eclectic. Transpersonal, cognitive, behavioral, somatic, solution based, & EMDR are some of the tools clients and I use. Overall I learn evidence based methods on an ongoing basis, keep up to date on the current clinical, peer reviewed literature and material, receive supervision, & apply the most effective tools, appropriately matched to you.

Rebecca brings compassion and empathy to your therapy sessions with a unique ability to truly listen to clients’ concerns in a mindful and nonjudgmental manner. Her focus is to understand your needs and hopes, to help you touch the places that are bothering you with compassion and empathy, and help those places integrate towards wholeness and peace.
