Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of trauma, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking to improve your relationships, I can help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to identify where you are now, uncover the patterns that have kept you feeling stuck, and build a path toward a more fulfilling life.

I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma, including those facing complex mental health challenges. With a background in international disaster psychology, I have deep knowledge of trauma’s effects, from personal loss to systemic events.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. In our first few sessions, you can expect me to be curious and ask for your input on your current struggles and goals. Together, we will identify the core patterns in your life and develop a personalized plan to help you move forward.
