Starting at a young age, I was given the opportunity to learn how much the art of expression can benefit our lives. Whether it was feeling safe enough with someone to have difficult discussions, feeling fulfilled with the activities I chose to spend my day, or proudly reflecting on a journal entry I had written- I have always valued both individual growth and healthy connections interpersonally.
I am passionate about helping people discover their own processes that work for them to support their healing and progression in life. I approach my clients with a person-centered, and solutions focused approach. I believe in working together to identify personal attachment styles, possible triggers, and identifying how we can change environments that no longer positively serve us. I utilize working together to build coping skills to support addressing difficult moments, and seasons of life that show up, and I aim to create a safe space to assist clients in processing past experiences. I believe it is possible to break negative patterns in our lives, with the goal of rebuilding patterns to help us thrive, and this can be obtained through honest self-reflection, open conversations, and focusing on connection to self and others.
