Accepting new in person patients in the Denver Tech Center and openings for telehealth.
I help people feel better. Many people I work with don’t feel very good about themselves. I hear clients say they are feeling anxious, depressed and stuck. This can cause problems in their relationships, on their job, with lack of motivation or the inability to experience joy. My clients typically want to make it through a day without anxiety, experience less sadness and feel more confident! I understand all of these experiences and have had many of them in my past. With an excellent therapist and fantastic coaches along the way, I’ve learned, healed and grown, and you can to. Let me teach you how!
Working together you will find lack of judgement, complete acceptance, fresh perspectives, alternative points-of-view. I'm your biggest cheerleader! I look forward to our complimentary phone call to get started and find out how I can best be of service. I'll start with this invitation "What if I fall? Oh, but my darling...what if you fly?!"
