While coping with any life transition it is normal to question life, your purpose, spirituality, yourself, and others. Are you living with the death of a loved one? Are you noticing that people want you to move on, or be who you used to be? Are you navigating life with serious illness or chronic illness or are you a caregiver? Do you want to live a life that brings more joy, find your purpose, and have a sense of finding some direction again?
We will work together to address challenges such as setting boundaries; limiting negative self talk, meeting goals, and learning skills to manage anxiety and stress. I work with clients who are navigating grief and loss, help them understand why grief impact their life, and find ways to survive the waves of grief. I have experience supporting clients living with chronic or serious illness, and their loved ones.
My focus is to help individuals heal, flourish, grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I believe that everyone experiences life differently, and we can start to address your struggles by creating a safe place to start healing. Check out my website www.mountainaircounseling.com
