Loss and change can bring up a mix of painful, and even contradictory, feelings such as overwhelm, confusion, anxiety, depression, anger. In a warm, collaborative, and client-centered environment, we'll work together to help big feelings, develop resources to use between sessions, and be with the whole spectrum of experience that change can bring. I support adults and adolescents struggling with grief and life transitions. I work with people from all walks of life, and am experienced with multicultural, LGBTQ, and neurodivergent communities.

I draw on parts work, mindfulness, contemplative, and body-based modalities. Each session begins open-ended and we collaboratively hone in on a theme for the day to explore more deeply. We process this theme using trauma and developmental toolkits, based on what what is arising for you that day. And we close by integrating new insights.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My training includes the Embodied Social Justice Certificate; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Trauma Themes: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Developmental and Relational Themes; Death, Dying, and Mourning; and Neurodivergent Somatics.
