Together we will help you get to know all the parts of you- your strength and wisdom as well as the monsters. Through deep attunement and listening to the whole of you, you'll develop a new sense of peace with yourself, others, and the world. I am passionate about supporting people navigating grief, loss, and change and longing to find home in themselves again (or for the first time).

My approach is collaborative, flexible, creative, and client-centered. I bring trauma-informed, body-based, mindful, and parts approaches to the table and you bring your expertise in yourself. Together we get learn about your inner organization, develop resources to manage stress, process old wounds, and discover new possibilities for a meaningful life. I provide Telehealth and in-person services, including Walk-and-Talk Therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My training includes the Embodied Social Justice Certificate (Embody Lab, 2021), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Trauma Themes, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Developmental and Relational Themes (2025), Death, Dying, and Mourning (Naropa University, 2025), Neurodivergent Somatics (Nyck Walsh, 2025).
