I am a holistic psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals on their healing journey. I enjoy practices that strengthen the balance between mind, body and spirit. I have training in CBT, somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and mental health nutrition.

I am deeply drawn to working with grief and loss as well as trauma. I am also part of the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities. I use she/her pronouns. Hablo español fluido.

When I am not working, I enjoy tapping into creative energy or connecting with the earth elements. You will often find me in my studio making candles, painting, dancing or creating other forms of art. I am a nature lover who always stops to smell the flowers.
