You look like you have it all together. You remember everything, say yes to everyone, and keep life running. Underneath, you’re exhausted. You replay conversations at 2 a.m. and wonder why the basics feel so hard. Maybe you’ve typed “do I have ADHD?” into a search bar and told no one.
Choosing a therapist can feel like one more thing to get right. You’re allowed to want relief. What you’re hoping for is simple. You want to trust yourself again, slow down, and feel like you in your own life, without the constant shame.
I’m Kate Willecke, an LCSW licensed in Colorado + Virginia. I'm a certified EMDR clinician with advanced IFS & attachment-based trainings. I support deeply feeling women struggling with perfectionism, people pleasing, and ADHD reclaim trust in themselves and a sense of self that isn’t built on keeping everyone else okay.
Outside the office, I’m raising two little kids and chasing the next adventure. I’m always down for a movie night and Indian food. I love bringing humor into my life and into my sessions, because healing can be heavy without being humorless.
You’ll find me warm, calming, and relational. I’m a recovering anxious people pleaser with ADHD myself, so I won’t judge your sticky notes. We’ll go at a pace that feels doable, and you won’t be doing it alone.
Invest in feeling like yourself again and book a free 15-minute consult call to talk about what’s going on, whether we’re a good fit, + how fees and scheduling would work. Reaching out is the hardest part, and you’re already here. I’d love to meet you!
