I work with women, LGBTQIA+, and gender-expansive folks to help them feel more empowered to take up space and live their lives in alignment with their values and future goals. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey through motherhood, those seeking to develop a greater sense of self, and anyone hoping to quell the anxious or depressive thoughts holding them back from the life they want to live. Our work together is a safe, affirming space where I urge you to come as you are.
