I support children and adults who are healing from complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, and/or navigating difficult relationships. I work with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, traumatic grief, gun violence, and emotionally neglectful or unsafe childhood environments. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure how to trust their instincts, or struggling with boundaries and self-doubt. If this feels familiar, you are not alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve care that feels steady, compassionate, and supportive. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, gentle, and collaborative. I help clients understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, identity, and relationships, while moving at a pace that feels safe. Sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and emotional safety, with no pressure to push beyond your readiness.
I use a modern, neuroscience-informed approach that blends relational and body-based therapies. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we honor your symptoms as adaptive responses and gently build regulation, clarity, and self-trust. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring both clinical skill and lived understanding. I would be honored to support your healing.
I also offer group psychotherapy for survivors with Complex Trauma. Currently, I run a Mother Wound Group on Wednesdays and a Religious Abuse Group on Fridays.
