At times, life can take unexpected turns, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of how to move forward. I work with older teens, emerging adults, and adults, supporting clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, post-separation abuse, coercive control, and the unique experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in the human services field. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and communities across the United States, and I opened my private practice in Lafayette, Colorado in 2013.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel at ease - comfortable enough to share what is weighing on them, what enlivens them, and the changes they would like to see in their lives. My therapeutic approach is informed by several modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Recognizing that the body can hold emotional pain and trauma, I aim to help clients find relief from within (both physically and emotionally), allowing their relationship with pain to gradually shift and soften. I support clients in discovering and articulating boundaries, honoring limits, and developing tools to relate to pain and the many parts of themselves with greater care and compassion.
