Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! You are in the right place if you are an adult struggling with life transitions; expressions of grief, loss, trauma; or patterns that keep you spinning out or feeling stuck. If you feel anxious & overwhelmed or numb & checked out. If you feel untethered and uncertain on how to navigate these uncertain times. If you are unsure how to calm, ground & root into the present, or reignite and experience joy, hope & connection. If you are looking for support navigating your relationship with substances or recovery; or are interested in cultivating spiritual practices to supplant the mundane with meaning.
My work is collaborative; spiritually rooted; mind, body, spirit oriented; strengths based & trauma informed. Sessions provide a space where you can build strategies to navigate daily stressors and manage expressions of trauma, grief, anxiety; experience holistic and transformative healing and be witnessed and supported while anchoring your integration. Therapy will be a collaborative experience within a sacred space where discomfort is held and navigated with compassion, courage and curiosity.
Beyond my earned and paid for academic credentials (LCSW, LAC, EMDR (basic training), IFS (Level 1), BST, EFT); I have alchemized my teachings, learnings, explorations, and experiences into a beingness and holistic approach. I blend modalities and approaches, as we are dynamic beings. This could look like IFS/parts work with EMDR. This could look like skill building with ritual development for devotional engagement vs rigid discipline.
My goal is to provide a spiritual container for deep dives & experiences of embodied sovereignty. Healing for personal wholeness; healing for our families, ancestors & generations to come; healing as resistance; healing to birth a collective greater yet to be.
