You're the person everyone counts on. You show up, handle what's expected of you, and keep moving forward—even when you're exhausted, anxious, or quietly wondering when it gets to be your turn. Maybe you've spent years trying to meet expectations that never quite fit. Maybe you're navigating the complicated space between your family's values, your cultural identity, and the life you actually want. Or perhaps you've become so skilled at taking care of everyone else that you're no longer sure what you need. You don't need another person telling you to be stronger. You need space to understand what you've been carrying, how it's shaped you, and what it might look like to live differently.
You don't have to explain away your culture, your history, or the ways the world has affected you. Our work makes room for all of it.
I bring a culturally responsive, body-centered approach to therapy, helping you understand not just what you're thinking, but what your emotions and body may be communicating. Together, we'll explore patterns that once helped you survive but may now be keeping you stuck.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, racial trauma, parenting, or questions of belonging, we'll work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable—not just getting through another difficult week.
You don't have to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a perfectly organized story. Some days, we'll focus on a specific challenge. Other days, we'll slow down and make space for something you haven't yet been able to name. You set the pace, and we'll work together to discover what needs attention. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood without having to perform, where your experiences make sense in the context of your life, and where you can begin making choices that feel more fully your own. You deserve support that sees the whole of who you are.
