I am a licensed therapist in the Denver metro area with a passion for working with people. I have been formally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I also have experience utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My clients seek therapy to address and manage anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Typically they describe themselves as having racing thoughts, experiencing burnout, or finding it challenging to set boundaries that support their well-being. They are curious about the root of their challenges and want to develop new insights and strategies to feel relief. I specialize in working with folx who have childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, have people pleasing tendencies, and I am LGBTQIA affirming. You’ll find I bring humor with a hint of sarcasm, pop culture references, and a conversational human approach to our sessions.
