I offer individual and couples therapy. I specialize in women's wellness, pregnancy/postpartum/parenting, infertility and loss, and relationships.
I help you learn how to support your body and mind to find relief from overwhelm, stress, anxiety, and depression. I also support couples with the stress that comes with parenthood, gaining new communication skills so you don’t keep repeating the same argument, or finding your way back to intimacy. I take a holistic and eclectic approach and believe a "one size fits all" approach does not work when it comes to therapy. (Please note: I cannot bill insurance for couples therapy).
One of the most important factors for success in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I want to make sure you feel comfortable, secure, and confident in our work together.
