Life’s transitions—from navigating a new diagnosis to healing from deep-seated trauma—require a therapeutic space that honors your unique story. For over 15 years, I have been privileged to guide individuals toward more fulfilling lives through a blend of clinical expertise and genuine connection.
My practice is built on a specialized 'team' approach alongside my therapy dog, Louie Beignet. As a rescue himself, Louie’s natural empathy provides a grounding presence whether we meet online, in-person, or in the community.
Neurodiversity & Family Support
I have a deep passion for supporting the neurodivergent community. I perform extensive work with children with ASD in school settings and help parents navigate the unique challenges of the education system and home life. For adults, I specialize in helping those who received a later-in-life diagnosis understand their history through a new lens while building practical skills for the future. To further my commitment to this work, I am currently completing my Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) certification, which I will hold in the coming months.
Trauma-Informed Care
Healing from trauma requires a witness who honors your pace and your journey. Whether you are working through a specific phobia like a fear of flying, the complexities of childhood abuse, or the long-term impact of a toxic family of origin, I utilize EMDR and traditional talk therapy to help you process and find peace.
Supporting the Profession
Beyond my clinical work, I am an educator and mentor. Having taught Psychology and Social Work at the college level, I now provide clinical supervision for LCSWs and LPCs. I also find it incredibly rewarding to provide therapy for therapists. I understand the unique weight of our profession and offer a relatable space for colleagues to process difficult cases and prioritize their own mental health.
Whether we use CBT, Mindfulness, or Motivational Interviewing, I meet you exactly where you are. Let’s work together to help you—and your family—reach your full potential."
