As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help clients learn new tools to intentionally create more fulfilling lives. My style is strategic, open, and accepting. I help clients create a plan of action customized for their needs and guided by what they value most. My hope is for clients to feel more aware, calm, and balanced so they can move forward more confidently. For those hoping for targeted support with things bothering them from their past, I also offer EMDR.
