Life presents many challenges that can leave us feeling stuck. Choosing counseling is a meaningful step forward, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

Through diverse life experiences, I’ve developed a passion for helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and create a path forward. If you’re unsure of what you need support with, that’s okay—we can explore it together.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of counseling. I strive to create a relaxed, supportive, and individualized environment that honors each person’s unique lived experience. My approach is person-centered, integrating evidence-based practices such as Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, therapy isn’t one- size-fits-all, so I tailor my methods to fit your needs.

Come as you are, and we’ll work through this together.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering new music, and watching sports.
