My clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Some know exactly what’s wrong, while others just know something feels off—and that’s okay. They may struggle with low self-esteem, relationship issues, or unresolved trauma and want to better understand their emotions and patterns. Whether coping with anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions, they’re seeking relief, clarity, and personal growth. Together, we uncover the roots of distress, strengthen self-awareness, and build a more balanced, confident sense of self.

I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other tools to help clients explore how past experiences shape current thoughts and emotions. My approach is compassionate and insight-oriented, supporting healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma while promoting self-acceptance, emotional awareness, and healthier relationships.
