I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss.
I have been a therapist for over 20 years and work with all adult ages. Much of my work is focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and the challenges that come with life transitions, including adulting and aging. I have extensive experience with EMDR, parts work, and am licensed in psilocybin-assisted therapy. I am trained in ketamine-assisted therapy, and also provide psychedelic integration services.
