Courageous Counseling Colorado, PLLC is a collective of therapists who use strength-based and expressive therapies to help children, teens, adults, and families work through difficulties, learn more about themselves, learn new coping strategies, and take tangible steps towards their goals. We have dedicated our careers to supporting families in our community and are passionate about advocating for and supporting our LGBTQIA+ community.
Each of our therapists have their own specialties including the following styles and focuses: solution-focused, companioning and grief, couples and family, children and adolescents, mindfulness-based, CBT, DBT, parenting skills coaching, narrative, play, and other expressive therapies!
We recognize each individual who walks through our door or joins us virtually brings a unique and rich history including cultural and societal influences, parenting and attachment styles, and personality and temperament. We are dedicated to fostering authenticity, confidence, and creativity with our time together and look forward to hearing from you!
