It may feel daunting at first, but as a therapist, I am here to walk next to you and help you navigate your healing journey. Therapy is not “one size fits all”. We will collaborate in partnership to identify your strengths and needs and choose the best approach for you. In therapy, I choose to listen deeply, show up authentically, and give empathy freely.
Choosing a therapist can be a stressful decision. I have experience working with people ages 20-65+ who are learning to navigate things like trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I utilize a holistic approach that considers every aspect of who you are as an individual because your mental health is just one piece of the puzzle that makes up who you are. You are more than the worst thing that has ever happened to you. You deserve safety, peace, and kindness. I cannot wait to hear your story.
