I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. In a safe space, the therapeutic relationship; roadblocks, insecurities, traumas, and challenges can be examined so people can reach their full potential and take steps towards a more fulfilling life.

I have worked in the hospice and grief world for over 10 years and have been practicing as a therapist for over 5 years. Through various techniques, including, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, EMDR, and a trauma-informed view, clients can learn tools and set goals to shape their lives.

If you are ready to take that first step towards change and want to learn more about my practice, please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to determine if my services fit your needs. I see clients in-person in West Denver and can see clients throughout Colorado and Nebraska via telehealth.
