Diana (she/her) is a Board Certified Art Therapist who believes in the ability to heal through the creative process. She is passionate about helping folks reconnect to joy, play, and curiosity while healing from past hurts, trauma, and other challenges in life. Diana works with teens and adults, supporting each individual in finding their authentic voice and inner wisdom. She is EMDR certified and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, integrating these frameworks into her creative healing approach. Sessions are collaborative, relational, and person-centered.
In an art therapy session with Diana, creative materials are used to express, explore, and process experiences. Art making deepens the therapeutic process and emphasis is often on what comes up while creating rather than on the final product itself. No prior creative experience or artistic skill is needed to benefit from art therapy.
