I am an attachment trauma specialist. I am trained in cognitive (brain based), somatic (body based) and psychedelic therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Poly Vagal Theory and BeFree Breathwork. I offer 60-180 minute sessions tailored to your needs and preferences.
