Better Days Therapy Group is a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+-affirming, and culturally responsive outpatient therapy practice. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults navigating mood concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, and nervous system overwhelm.
Our work is grounded in kindness, curiosity, cultural humility, and practical skill-building. We recognize that mental health is shaped by personal history, identity, and social context, and we strive to create therapy spaces that are inclusive, affirming, and equity-informed. We believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering—not intimidating or clinical.
At Better Days, you don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. Many of our clients come to therapy because they feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.
