Are you feeling like your anxiety and/or depression has been building and building to the point that you aren’t yourself anymore? Has chronic pain been making your life difficult? Have you experienced trauma or upsetting events that have continued to stick with you? Maybe you’ve thought to yourself, “I’ll get through this, things will get better,” yet it seems to never end? This is an exhausting cycle that can lead us to search for any way to feel better, sometimes even turning to unhealthy habits just to find some way to cope. I would love to help you work through these feelings to find joy and purpose in life again.
Through our work together, I want to help you understand how your nervous system impacts you, how to identify why you are feeling the way you do, and help you learn new skills to calm your nervous system.
Talking with a therapist is a vulnerable process, yet it is these challenging moments when we share our vulnerability that growth can truly happen. I understand the hesitancy for many to start the therapeutic process and bravery it takes to step into this space. I want to make this a safe, validating space where you feel comfortable to share.
I’m available weekday evenings from 6-7pm and Saturday mornings.
