Nights and weekends only. I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from overwhelming experiences and reclaim a sense of safety, connection, and self-trust. I will work with you at a pace that feels supportive and respectful, creating a space where your story can be explored without judgment so that those experiences no longer define you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based trauma treatment.
My background includes specialized training in trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies, with experience supporting individuals who have experienced acute, chronic, and developmental trauma. I draw from approaches such as cognitive and somatic-based interventions, EMDR, and mindfulness work to address the emotional and physical impacts of trauma.
As a social worker, it's my mission is to understand how our larger culture and environmental systems impact myself and others, and advocate for under-represented people. I have extensive experience working with individuals in crisis and I enjoy finding glimmers of hope among the chaos.
