I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with over 13 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate the complex journey of addiction and recovery. Through my practice, Whole-Hearted Counseling, I provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment for individuals struggling with substance use, process addictions, and compulsive eating, including Binge Eating Disorder and sugar addiction.
Whether you’re sober-curious, questioning your relationship with substances, seeking moderation, or fully committed to recovery, I meet you where you are. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, grounded in the belief that both “addiction” and “recovery” are defined by you. I do not push an abstinence-only agenda—rather, I help you explore and create a recovery path that aligns with your goals, values, and lived experience.
My personal and professional experience with addiction and recovery allows me to offer a unique and deeply empathetic perspective, fostering trust and connection in our work together. I’m passionate about helping clients make sustainable changes and supporting them in building a meaningful, whole-hearted life.
My Approach
I draw from a variety of evidence-based frameworks and therapeutic modalities to support your healing process, including:
• Attachment-Focused Therapy
• Humanistic and Behavioral Theories
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Motivational Interviewing
• Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Let’s Begin
The first step to recovery is acknowledging the problem; the next is reaching out for support. If you’re ready to explore change, find clarity, and move toward healing, I’m here to walk beside you. Together, we’ll build the tools you need to navigate your path—with your whole heart.
