As a therapist my role is to assist clients in recognizing options, problem-solving, developing healthy relationships and encouraging them to discover and build on their personal strengths. Some additional theories I utilize in therapy include Family systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman’s couple therapy.
