I am an LCSW who focuses on treating the whole person. I specialize in assisting individuals on issues related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships. I am trained in EMDR, and I use knowledge of embodiment/somatic meditation, cognitive inquiry, neurobiology, self-compassion, and general wellness in my practice.
My therapeutic style involves providing support and feedback in a safe and empathetic space. I approach therapy in a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed way.
