Growth happens in all stages of life as the result of successfully moving through challenges & changes; healing our wounds, finding peace, and making space for new possibilities and strengths to emerge. When experiencing the stress, grief/loss & traumas of being human, each person's response varies based on their unique lens and conditioning. Yet, every individual can access a felt sense within their own body, even when words seem difficult. From this awareness, we are capable of listening and learning new ways forward with acceptance.
My integrative approach is rooted in Humanistic and Somatic psychology, supporting your capacity for self-awareness, personal growth & self-actualization. As a trauma-informed therapist and certified yoga teacher, our sessions may include a blend of talking and engaging, along with meaningful creative expression, focusing with body awareness, movement, sound, and mindfulness. I have been in practice since 2006 as a social worker and a therapist. As a fellow human being, I offer compassionate guidance for your growth & wellness. I work with adults- young and old & in-between. Women, men, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ welcome.
