Hi, I’m Kate! I primarily work with women in their 20's and 30's to help develop self esteem and higher satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and the world around them. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, and relationship issues. We will work together to better understand past patterns and develop healthy communication skills.
I have a warm and holistic approach that blends a variety of therapeutic modalities. I assist clients in implementing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) principles into their every day life and relationships. Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), spirituality, philosophy, body regulation, and breath work are incorporated throughout.
Really connecting with your therapist is one of the biggest indicators of success. I am someone who loves personal growth and exploration, yoga, travel, cooking, reading, and hiking with my dog Sadie. I look forward to connecting if you believe we might be a good fit!
