Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.
For the past 15 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting children and their families through a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Every child brings their own uniqueness and strengths to the therapy process, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to reflect those individual experiences and strengths with curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll work to build understanding, resilience, and new ways for your child to respond to life’s struggles in healthy, empowering ways.
I specialize in helping children manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, peer relationships, school stress, and family transitions such as divorce. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, solution-focused, and family systems-based strategies to support growth and healing.
I believe that every child has incredible potential for growth, change, and resilience. Our brains are built to learn, adapt, and heal—and I help children tap into that natural ability. In our work together, I focus on helping kids understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and teach practical tools to help them face and cope with life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
I’m passionate about helping kids build the tools they need to feel confident, capable, and resilient. Whether we’re working through tough emotions or building everyday coping skills, I’m here to support your child in discovering their strengths, finding their joy, and feeling more in control of their world. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and build a treatment plan that reflects who your child is and what they need to succeed!
