You might be here if you're feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you, impacted by anxiety, stress, shame, or trauma. Or you might be a caregiver seeing the effects of those things on your loved ones. I am so glad you found your way here. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, symptoms of ADHD, relationship issues, parenting struggles, and those struggling to cope with current or past stress and trauma. I believe in the power of relationships to bring connection and healing, and my hope is to create space alongside you to support you in moving toward health and wholeness.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I am passionate about supporting individuals in building compassion for themselves and reframing stories to build more authentic, connected lives. I am trained in EMDR and use this along with somatic approaches, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am also trained in child-centered play therapy and use this with child clients.
I believe in your innate ability to move toward healing and wholeness, and I would be honored to join you in rediscovering that for yourself.
